Lala Laundry Detergent is an all-natural mild powder suitable for those who have sensitive skin and babies.
Lala Laundry Detergent is eco-friendly, safe with plants and aquatic animals for it does not include sulphates, fillers, bleach and synthetic chemicals. It is made with 100% Coconut Oil and Alkali. Yep, only two ingredients!
Now let’s test it. Well, texture is good and has no fragrance. I’ve tried washing my hands with it and rinsing was effortless. There was no soapy feeling after I rinsed my hands. And I know that’s one thing how you can say how mild a soap is.
Let’s use it for its real purpose… washing clothes. Well, there are no instructions on the product label with regards to how much should be used for a certain amount of water, but I placed a decent amount of the powder in a basin of water (less amount than I usually use with other brands), and foam started to form. It’s not as foamy as any other commercial brands.
Rinsing was easy. Water becomes clear on the 2nd rinse (I usually need to rinse 3 times before). So less time washing clothes! And less use of water! Yay!
I tried soaking the whites overnight. Simple stains like breastmilk residues can be easily removed however, for others like poop stains, you must use further stain remover/s. Not bad for a very mild detergent, right?
Overall, I liked the Lala Laundry Detergent, especially for Toby’s garments. Toby has skin asthma. So his skin is very sensitive. And because of Lala’s mildness, I am complacent that there would be no irritants left in Toby’s clothes.
For improvement, I hope they would have indications on the label on how much powder should be in a certain amount of water, other than that,
