My family and I are invited to the blessing of the resort, Terra Amore, which is located in Alfonso, Cavite. And so, my father decided for us to have our breakfast in Tagaytay. I always hear about Bag Of Beans but we never really tried it before, so this is our chance.
Bag Of Beans (Main Branch) is located at Nasugbu Highway, Tagaytay, Cavite, just after 2-3 minutes away from Mendez-Tagaytay Road. As of now, they have 4 other branches also located in Tagaytay namely as follows:
1. D’Lodge – Silang Crossing East
2. Charito – Maharlika East
3. Athena – Silang Crossing West
4. West Lake – Laurel, Batangas
Their buffet is served only during Saturdays and Sundays, and priced as below:
Breakfast = PHP495 + TAX
Lunch = PHP595 + TAX
I can say this is an affordable place for a buffet breakfast considering the wide variety of dishes and its ambiance.
The place is nicely decorated. It has rustic vibrant feel. It also offers its customers areas where they can take their pictures like their Christmas house (for this season). It is also neatly lighted which makes it comfortable for the eyes.
As for the food, they are offering filipino dishes like beef tapa, tocino, longanisa, adobo, corned beef, etc. An egg station is also provided for those who wish to customize their omelettes. Soups, pastries, cereals are also available. What I love the most is the ever famous Batangas brewed coffee! 🙂 Recommended must try is their Beef Tapa and Pumpkin Soup.
