TravelBook.ph is the current leading online travel agency in the Philippines. It celebrated its Affiliate Program’s first anniversary on June 24, 2017 at the Oakwood Premier Joy-Nostalg Center in Ortigas. As part of their celebration, they held this event, which is entitled as “TravelBook.ph Affiliate Program 1st Year Cheer”, to thank their 2,700 blogger affiliates and acknowledges their major contribution to its success.

The owner of Crowd Travel and Affiliate 001 Awardee, Mr. David Bernabe, is present during the event. He was the first one to sign up for the said affiliate program. There were many other awardees that night including DIY Travel and Tours, which was awarded as the first affiliate to acquire a completed booking through their website. Ms. Charmaine Belza of The Project Maine is also awarded as the first affiliate to withdraw commission through the program. The token and awards were presented by the Affiliate Team members Ms. Pia Bernaldo and Ms. Toni Reyes together with the General Manager of TravelBook.ph, Mr. Takumi Nakazawa.

Prior to the event, TravelBook.ph had their first blogger getaway. 15 affiliate bloggers won an all-expenses-paid trip to the lovely island of Caramoan in Camarines Sur. An audio-visual presentation was shown at the event and two of the bloggers who attended the getaway received tokens of appreciation from TravelBook.ph and gift certificates from Trampoline Park.
Also looking back to events happened on the affiliate program’s first year, Ms. Dianne Rosqueta of Curly Dianne shared how the trainings held by TravelBook.ph helped her in optimizing her blog. After which, Ms. Pia Bernaldo of the Affiliate Team discussed what’s in store in the program for the affiliates.
There will be a new commission structure which was discussed by Ms. Pinky Librada, Business Development Manager of TravelBook.ph. Affiliates can now earn up to 65% commission rates.

At the end, everyone is not empty handed because all attendees were given Php 2,000 worth of TravelBook points and loot bags from PhotoBook Worldwide, Celeteque, Bo’s Coffee, Hideo Wakamatsu, and Vivo Lumio. Not just that, there were raffle prizes as well to all blogger attendees. These are wines from Novellino Wines, backpack and trolley from Hideo Wakamatsu, Trampoline Park gift certificates, roundtrip tickers from Philtranco and Jam Liner Inc., roundtrip business class tickets from FastCat, and an overnight stay with breakfast for two at Oakwood Premier Joy-Nostalg.
