Now that there is a pandemic virus going on all over the world, the only thing that is sure and safe to gather income for our family’s household is to work from home. It’s unfortunate that there are many families who lost their source of income because most businesses are on the rocks now but there are a lot of clients who are trying to switch to digital media which means they need more workforce to help them get the job done.
It’s a crazy journey to start your journey to work from home and that is the reason why I’m writing this blog because when I was starting this journey, I became lost along the way because work from home environment is not on-trend that yet.

Motherhood is all about commitment although we want to help our husband in the household income, we surely don’t want to sacrifice the time for our families. In this situation, a flexible schedule will suit our needs the best. We will be given a chance to work at our own pace while taking care of our household.
Some mommies in the industry tend to get several part-time jobs with a flexible schedule. Do you think this will work for you? - Focus on your core skills, it’s better that way
I remember when I was starting I want to be the ‘jack of all trades’ in the industry so that more and more clients would hire me. The more I have skills, the more clients will be interested to hire me, the more income generated and I can build a business sooner or later.
However, it shouldn’t be the case.
Although it works for some, this will be a hard process. For starters, it is very important that work with your core skills. For example, you want to be a designer then focus on your designing skills. If you want to be a writer, then focus on your writing skills. Once you already have a core skill, it will be easier for you to upgrade your skills to a whole new level. - It’s all about balance
Working from home can be very stressful, there will be times that you won’t have time for yourself but don’t let your work preoccupy you; give yourself some time to take a rest and focus on your kids.
